I have been with you...for at least 5 years...I have had exceptional service from Elite...Elite has competive pricing. I have had occasional questions, requests for payroll forms, I9's and the like and Carrie/Judy have always been quick to respond by phone/email. When I first switched from paychex to Elite years ago, I was concerned about the time zone difference with availability for communication- It has worked out very well though, especially since I work late and they are 3 hours behind.
